Universal reinforced platinum cured silicone pad with retention sleeve to use with any brand/type of pump cylinder between 1.75 and 2.25" (see pad specifications and assumed cylinder compatibility chart in product images).  The inner diameter is 1.75" but the pad will hold onto anything from 1.75 to 2.25".

 

"Color of the Week" is being implemented in 2025 to improve efficiency! (only 1 color each week)  Check the HOMEPAGE to see this week's color.

 

The internal reinforcement ring is now firm Pt-silicone (60A) and tailored to be strong in compression but much more flexible in tension and torsion (pulling and twisting).  This is the best I've done so far for conformation and force dispersion into the body without pressure points.  Squeezing/twisting the ring should help with removal if the user has pumped to a significant amount of edema (which is not adviseable!).  Please use caution and test removal of the pad every 5 minutes if using a 2" or 2.25" cylinder until you are comfortable with its use.

 

The Pt-Silicone is a dual density mix of hand poured 20A shore (firm) for the slip sleeve and injection molded 00-45 shore (soft) for the base.  The firmness of the sleeve is required for holding small area flanges such as some rounded flange designs.

 

COLORS:  I will be adjusting the colors slightly from the images but they will be similar to the colors shown.  Pads shown with mica powder additives do not change material properties.

 

Platinum cured silicone is the only true body safe silicone/elastomer variant which mitigates bacteria build up vs. the high volume, cheaper materials like PVC or other thermoplastic elastomers.  For care, this pad can be cleaned with soap and water or rubbed down with isopropyl alcohol.
