I am a sole proprietorship doing 100% of the work to develop, prototype, manufacture, and deliver all the products in this shop.  I do all my own CAD model designs, mold design/production/printing/machining, and component printing/machining.  I use a rapid 3D print style injection molding process for most of these products which allows me to work quickly and handle large degrees of sizing and component options that hinder larger sellers in this space whom outsource their development and manufacturing.  I may not have the surface finish of true high quality machined molds but my designs and processes produce extreme quality for a very good value.  I don't believe in cheap, mass produced materials intended to be replacement or service parts.  What I make, I intend to last the user a long time.  I use high quality Platinum silicone for all elastomer goods with components designed from polymers suited for the job (TPU, PETG, Nylon w-CF, etc.).  Quality will out gain quantity for overall value every time in my mind.  I appreciate everyone's support thus far as I build this business out as far as I can with the time I have to do it.  I have a family and full time job to go along with this business so I appreciate the patience people have shown thus far when I am temporarily slow at times throughout the year (especially holidays).

 

All this work is driven by 15 years of materials engineering and product design in automotive catalysis, catalyst manufacturing, and thermomechanical component design with a PhD in Chemical Engineering (Materials focus) along the way.  Sleeves and pads fit in there somewhere.
